Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to the delivery of their orders. The shop can not be held responsible for eventual delays due to customs.

Shipping Method
We ship all packages under 2kg with "Priority Post" without tracking number. "Priority Post" is more affordable for international orders and our experience has proved that "Priority Post" is as safe and fast as the "Tracked Package". All shipments over 2kg will be shipped with "Tracked Package", with tracking and a small insurance included. You can always upgrade your order shipping method at check out. Just select "Tracked Package" to your area on the check out menu. If for some reason a shipping upgrade is not available during check out, it means you already have the tracked shipping method.

Shipping Fees Explained
We ship exclusively with the Norwegian Post. Our shipping fees vary according to location and weight. Locations are (1) Norway, (2) Europe (EU and non-EU) and (3) Rest of the World. Shipping prices are defined by weight. Up to 350g, up to 1kg and up to 2kg (under LxWxH=90cm). For packages over 2kg the price changes with every added kilo up to 20 kgs and the longest side of the box with max. 150cm. Norwegian Post prices are subjected to changes every year. New prices are released on 1st January.

Prices for US & Canada Zip Codes
We have one shipping price to the entire North America, meaning the entire USA (Hawaii and Alaska included) and Canada are charged exactly the same shipping price. We ship with the Norwegian Post and it doesn't differentiate USA or Canada zip codes. So, it doesn't matter where you are in the USA or Canada, the shipping cost will be the same. Hawaii and Alaska included. We ship exclusively with the Norwegian Post and it has 3 geographical categories of prices only: Norway, Europe (EU and non-EU) and Rest of the World. Our prices are defined by weight. Up to 350g, up to 1kg and up to 2kg (under LxWxH=90cm). For packages over 2kg the price changes with every added kilo up to 20 kgs and max. 140cm long. Norwegian Post prices are subjected to changes every year. New prices are released in the first week of January.

Returns and Cancelations
We accept returns. You will have to contact the shop owner within: 14 days of delivery. You will have to ship the items back within: 30 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations. Please contact the shop if you have any problems with your order and you decide to return the purchased item. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How to return
You can return an item if you changed your ming. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and here is what you have to do to guarantee everything ends well: 1. Remember that all the costs of the return shipping will be covered by you, the buyer. That is the downside of the deal, I am really sorry for that! 2. If you still wish to return the item, you must then inform the store that you are returning the purchased item and the reasons why you are willing to do so. Confirm the return address and return the item within 14 days. Beware to return the item in the same way and in the same condition it was sent and received by you. 3. If one of our packages arrives by your door damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You won´t have many days to place a complain with the Post Office, so, the sooner the better. Please, make sure to take pictures of damaged goods or package to help with the official complain. 4. Be aware that the return of packages might involve the charging of local VAT taxes which, in Norway, is 25%. Make sure to contact us to get instructions about packaging information to avoid the charging of VAT. In case you fail to contact us to do so, and we have to pay the 25% VAT, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
